Steps to configure Netscape Navigator version 3 to check for updated pages.

Step 1. Select Options|Network Preferences

Step 2. Click the Cache tab, then proceed to Verify Documents and check Every Time.
Then select OK.

To enable Javascript Please do this additional Step.
Step 3. Click the Languages tab, then check the two Enable Java boxes.
Then select OK.

To turn off Alert Messages Please do this additional Step.
Step 4. Click the Protocols tab, then deselect or clear these two top boxes.
Now select OK.
